Enjoy luxurious coastal living in this beautiful beach home. Sleeping ten, Sand Dollar Sweet offers guests five bedrooms and four baths to make for a perfect retreat for everyone. Select bedrooms feature balcony access, private baths, and televisions. This spacious beach home offers spectacular sunset views over the Harbor River and comfortably accommodates ten guests.

The master bedroom is on the main floor and features king-sized sleeping accommodations, large en suite and private screened in deck with stunning views of the Harbor River bringing the outside in. The main floor also provides 2 additional junior suites each with private bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, large media and bonus room. Both second floor bedrooms feature access to the second floor deck boasting lovely sunset views. Ceiling fans throughout the home enhance the Island breezes for your comfort.

Upgraded décor and architecture throughout the home offers you a one-of-a-kind beach experience. Step onto the large deck from the living area and take in breathtaking views of the Harbor River sunsets. Along with the large deck, outdoor features include a gas BBQ, a large 2nd floor balcony, and ample seating to sit out and enjoy the view. The spacious, open floor-plan offers custom features which include crown molding, updated kitchen and large living area welcoming family and friends to gather for meals and entertainment.

Enjoy cooking in the open and spacious kitchen featuring brand new granite countertops and high-top chairs for gathering, or dine as a family at the eight person table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with both large and small appliances to meet all of your cooking needs. The open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze.

The living room features over-sized windows, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, plenty of comfortable seating options and a fireplace. Can you imagine being able to enjoy the indoors while simultaneously enjoying the sounds and views of nature outdoors?!

Take a stroll to the beach and feel the sand between your toes while basking in the Carolina sunshine on 2 ½ miles of pristine beach. An outdoor shower is on the ground level so you can rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.

A golf cart is available to transport you and yours to the clubhouse/tennis court/pool or to the ends of the Island to fish, crab or collect oysters at no extra charge. This home also provides WIFI!! We apologize, but Sand Dollar Sweet does not accommodate pets.

The private beach is accessible 24/7 via a private walkover just a short walk away. We thank you for considering Sand Dollar Sweet Island Retreat and remember “There is no time like Island time!” This home is found in a gated community with a 2 ½ mile private beach. Free access to tennis, swimming pool, 2 fitness rooms and children's play area is provided.

*3% Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates effective 11/01/2017: day pass $11.00; 1-5 night pass $11.00 PER NIGHT; 6-7 nights $70.00; 8-14 nights $80.00; 15-21 nights $85.00; 22-30 $90.00; 31-90 nights $100.00; 91-364 nights $115. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand and bath soap.

*Community pools are typically open from April 1 through October 31. Properties are continuously upgraded to provide our guests with an enjoyable vacation experience.
