You'll feel right at home in this bright and beachy ocean view home at 62 North Harbor Drive, featuring a private boardwalk direct to the beach, outdoor shower, screened porch, and WiFi.

The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa. The room opens into an ocean view screened porch, complete with ceiling fan and great view of the ocean. The porch is flanked by two smaller open decks. A gas grill, located on the open back deck, is provided so you can enjoy cooking out anytime. This is a 'second row' beach house, but there is no street to cross to get to the beach...just step off the back deck onto a short private walkway that leads directly to the beach.

For added fun time, there are games, books, and magazines that you can enjoy by the wood burning fireplace. A large bright, well equipped kitchen includes a cozy breakfast area, with a casual table and chairs, and also opens onto a dining area where you can enjoy a bit more formal dining. Numerous windows and sliding glass doors throughout the home provide beautiful natural light.

The master bedroom features a private bath with a tiled walk in shower and a king sized bed. It opens directly onto the back deck. There is also cable TV.

There is a queen sized bed and ceiling fan in the second bedroom. This room also opens directly onto the back deck. In the third bedroom, there are two twin beds and a ceiling fan. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack and Jill Bath.

No smoking, please. Pets will be considered with payment of a non-refundable pet fee. Harbor Island is just fifteen miles from historic Beaufort offering a variety of restaurants, galleries, boutique shopping, horse and buggy rides through the charming historic district, and the wonderful waterfront park overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Beaufort marina. Harbor is ideally located for day trips, about one hour from Savannah and the Savannah International Airport, one hour from Hilton Head Island and airport, and two hours to historic Charleston or it's airport. With its great location, privacy and beauty, Harbor Island is the perfect spot for an intimate getaway or a fun-filled family vacation.

Rates effective 11/01/2017: day pass $11.00; 1-5 night pass $11.00 PER NIGHT; 6-7 nights $70.00; 8-14 nights $80.00; 15-21 nights $85.00; 22-30 $90.00; 31-90 nights $100.00; 91-364 nights $115. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand and bath soap.
