This first row 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is a charming, comfortable home with panoramic views of the Atlantic ocean from both the screened porch and lower and upper decks. Located on a safe cul de sac, 23 Shipwatch is situated adjacent to a semi-private pool, and the beach walkway brings you to one of the best areas of Harbor Island’s 2.5 miles of natural, uncrowded beach.

The very well-equipped kitchen connects to the laundry room and overlooks the dining area and great room which have expansive views of the ocean (note living area fireplace is decorative only). The kitchen has everything you may need to make a family meal, complete with enough seating to accommodate. The dining room table seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar seating four.

There are gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the living areas, and carpet in the bedrooms. The open floor plan is warm and inviting. All three bedrooms are upstairs, and the private master bath features a whirlpool spa tub.

Savor incredible sunrises with your morning coffee from the decks off the master bedroom, second front bedroom, screened porch or great room. WiFi, Direct TV and a sound system throughout the home add to your relaxation and pleasure.

*3% Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates effective 11/01/2017: day pass $11.00; 1-5 night pass $11.00 PER NIGHT; 6-7 nights $70.00; 8-14 nights $80.00; 15-21 nights $85.00; 22-30 $90.00; 31-90 nights $100.00; 91-364 nights $115. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand and bath soap.

*Community pools are typically open from April 1 through October 31. Properties are continuously upgraded to provide our guests with an enjoyable vacation experience.
