This first floor condominium is perfect for a group of adults or a family looking for a relaxed environment at the beach. The first floor location gives you easy access and the corner setting provides extra windows and light for a feeling of greater spaciousness.
Exquisitely decorated, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view villa has been totally remodeled and refurbished, with quality finishes, furnishings and appointments throughout including laminate and tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops and custom window treatments.
Sink into the king sized bed in the master and enjoy the soft breezes from the ceiling fan above. The master bedroom and bath can be closed off with one full bath to make a private suite. The master bedroom offers cable television.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, cable television, and its own private full bath. Both baths have been refreshed with new vanities, commodes, lighting and accessories.
This villa is a short walk to the beach over the boardwalk adjacent to the building, less than a block away from the Beach and Racquet Club and offers a beautiful unobstructed view overlooking the pool and dunes, right to the ocean. This condo accommodates 4, the furnishings and accessories make this lovely villa suitable for families and also make it an ideal setting for one or two couples to enjoy comfortable living at the beach. No smoking, please.
Harbor Island is a small barrier island southeast of the historic city of Beaufort, South Carolina. The Island is gated for security, and offers a Beach and Racquet Club with an Olympic sized pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River, a kiddie pool, fitness center, sand volleyball, grassy recreation area, and tennis, basketball and pickleball courts. The Island itself is quiet and non-commercial, however there are many restaurants, shops and sightseeing opportunities within a 30 minute drive. Harbor Island boasts 2 miles of pristine natural beach, several protected bird rookeries, and acres of tidal marsh. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat in natural, beautiful surroundings you will love Harbor Island.
*11% State and County Tax. 3% Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Gate pass fees are per vehicle: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $60; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85, 8-30 nights $140; 31-364 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand and bath soap.
*Max one dog allowed (medium sized or smaller) with non-refundable pet fee of $200.
